The wife of a Louisville civil engineer who was working in Iraq says her husband has been killed by a roadside bomb. Maria Lockard says 46-year-old Jim Lockard was in Iraq working for a contractor overseeing the rebuilding of Iraqi schools and hospitals. Read the full story here...
